DYNAMIC WARM UP FOR MOST POPULATIONS
In the following video each athlete should focus on the fundamentals as described in each segment of the video. Focus on proper movements over speed in which you do the movements. Pay close attention to the minor details like “heal/arch on floor”, “hips square”, “foot flat” and others. The athlete should do each movement slowly and in control spending approximately 45 seconds to a minute on each individual movement.
