Winter 6 Week High School Kettle Bell Conditioning
WINTER 2011 CONDITIONING KICKS OFF WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 19TH
This is a 6 week introductory to intermediate kettle bell conditioning class for GIRLS & BOYS, 9th – 12th grade

Summer 2010 High School Conditioning Results
Some quick highlights:
- All players added weight while improving their strength, power and endurance – presumably adding muscle
- 47% increase in upper body strength test – max pushups
- 44% increase in upper body strength test – hanging grip
- 27% increase in lower body and trunk/core strength test – front barbell squat

Each program will work on basic fundamentals that each and every athlete needs:
Strength, power, agility, speed, balance, endurance, stability, flexibility, and the athlete’s guide to proper nutrition.
The Focus, what does DTA concentrate on?
The trainers at Develop The Athlete first focus is proper biomechanics of the human body, including proper form on all movements like squats, lunges, kettle swings, and much more.
