DTA’s Nutrition Mission
The basic premise behind DTA’s thinking is that, whether you are training for an Ironman or just looking to live a better, healthier life, you need to see everything you consume as having an effect on your body. You need to start thinking of food and drink as FUEL.
Stop looking at labels only for what that food DOESN’T have (calories, fat, carbs, sugars, etc..) and start looking for what it DOES have – to make your body mass leaner, your immune system stronger, to fight disease and to make your quality of life better.
We’ll teach you to make conscious choices in every eating situation, to enjoy eating and still make healthful decisions, to eat for the long run, and to treat yourself occasionally and still stay on track.
