Philosophy

For the individual:

  • Understand your health history, your challenges and goals to develop a new strength and conditioning program that challenges you and delivers results beyond your expectations

For the team/organization:

  • To establish safe, fun and physically sound conditioning programs that will help athletes of all ages on the field, ice or court
  • Develop The Athlete (DTA) focuses on generating a program that leads to injury-free, emotionally sound and properly functioning athletes
  • DTA helps the athlete succeed by assessing proper biomechanics, flexibility, endurance and balance, and by providing nutrition-based counseling
Training Philosophy

  • Thoroughly evaluate each client to identify and develop a plan to correct muscle imbalances and other problems that interfere with proper mechanics and performance.
  • Create a unique program to reach desired needs and goals.
  • Incorporate nutritional planning as part of an overall plan.
  • Remain focused on continuing trainer education to help better serve our clients.
