For the team/organization:
- To establish safe, fun and physically sound conditioning programs that will help athletes of all ages on the field, ice or court
- Develop The Athlete (DTA) focuses on generating a program that leads to injury-free, emotionally sound and properly functioning athletes
- DTA helps the athlete succeed by assessing proper biomechanics, flexibility, endurance and balance, and by providing nutrition-based counseling
